Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined to avoid dense patties.
  2. Form the patties: Divide the meat mixture into equal portions and shape each into round, slightly thick patties. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking and ease cleanup.
  3. Bake the burgers: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. If adding cheese, sprinkle it on top of each patty after 12 minutes and continue baking until the cheese melts and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
