Instructions

  1. Prepare the Brownie Base: Mix your brownie batter according to the package instructions or your preferred homemade recipe. Spoon a small amount into the bottom of each cupcake liner or silicone mold to create a thick brownie base.
  2. Whip Up the Cheesecake Filling: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream or heavy cream, then mix until creamy and fully combined with no lumps.
