Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Finely chop the onion, bell peppers, and garlic to ensure even cooking and flavor blending.
  2. Cook the Chorizo: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil if needed. Crumble the chorizo into the skillet and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned and fragrant, releasing its spices and oils.
  3. Sauté Vegetables: Add chopped onion, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet. Cook together until vegetables soften and onions become translucent, stirring occasionally for flavor integration.
