Instructions

  2. Set Up the Breading Station: Arrange three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs seasoned lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat the Hot Dogs: Roll each wrapped hot dog in the flour, shaking off excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly with the seasoned panko breadcrumbs to create an even crust.
  4. Fry Until Golden Brown: Heat oil to about 350°F (175°C) in a deep pan or fryer. Fry the breaded hot dogs in batches, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy on all sides, about 3 to 5 minutes per batch.
