Crust

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Crush graham crackers finely and mix with melted butter until the mixture resembles damp sand. Press firmly and evenly into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill the crust to set firmly.
  2. Mix the Filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add sugar and continue mixing. Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition. Stir in eggnog, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and cinnamon until the batter is silky and fully incorporated.
  3. Pour and Smooth: Pour the cheesecake filling over the chilled crust. Use a spatula to smooth the top for a flawless finish.
  4. Bake with Care: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Bake the cheesecake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set but the center still has a slight jiggle.
