Instructions

  1. Prepare the base: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a small oven-safe dish, spread an even layer of semi-sweet chocolate chips, then pour heavy cream over them. This creates the rich, smooth foundation for your dip.
  2. Bake until melted: Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely melted and the cream is well incorporated. Stir gently to combine into a glossy chocolate mixture.
  3. Add marshmallow topping: Evenly scatter mini marshmallows on top of the melted chocolate. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 3–5 minutes until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown. Keep a close eye so they don’t burn.
  4. Create ghost shapes: While the dip is still warm, melt your white chocolate chips or candy melts separately. Using a piping bag or spoon, make ghost shapes on parchment paper or directly on top of the warm marshmallows for an adorable spooky effect.
