Instructions

  2. Assemble the Pitas: Cut pita breads into pockets or open them flat. Evenly spoon the spinach and feta mixture into the pitas. Fold or layer the filled pitas neatly to create portions ready for baking.
  3. Bake Until Golden: Place the filled pitas in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the pitas are crispy and the filling is firm and lightly browned on top.
