Instructions

  3. Roll and Secure: Carefully roll the chicken breasts around the ham and cheese, tucking in the edges as you go. Secure with toothpicks if necessary to keep them intact while cooking.
  4. Bread the Chicken: Set up three shallow dishes: flour, beaten eggs, and bread crumbs. Coat each chicken roll first in flour, then dip into the egg, and finally press firmly into the breadcrumbs to cover completely.
